TRAINING

Training is a day-to-day part of the company’s corporate culture. It all starts with basic training at Bowling Green Technical College, where all Gra-Tac’s service technicians receive their initial basic training. Terrell Murphy taught four out of our five technicians. From there the learning never stops. We have Amana, Trane, and Carrier Factory Certified Training classes annually, and our technicians regularly attend other manufacturer’s training courses. Everyone attends at least one eight hour continuing education class each year. We also have service meetings as needed and cell phone communications between the entire team for those hard-to-handle situations.

There is no problem too hard or too small for Gra-Tac’s team of service technicians.
