Gra-Tac Heating and Cooling replaces HVAC systems in older Existing Buildings of all sizes. Gra-Tac looks at changes to the building since the original HVAC system was installed. In speaking of HVAC Loads, this includes lighting changes and outdoor air requirements and other HVAC Code changes, as well as other Indoor Air Quality issues.
